the USB port will be emulated as a COM port by the onboard segger chip (if you are using our DK or any other module that uses Segger as on board debugger). If both ports are enumerated as different numbered com ports, then you do not have to disable any as they should not be conflicting each other.

Do you have hardware flow control enabled on the UART port on both PC and your nRF device?

BTY, the two port all return cli prefix (uart_cli:~) words with the SDK15 example cli.

I got two uart cli ports on my PC,

1. Prolific usb to serial comm port.

2. USB serial Port.

How to disable USB serial Port ? maybe USB serial Port stealing my input words.

many are using that example with no issues, make sure you do not have any hardware issues and configured the library to match your hardware configuration (pins/baudrate)
