Have you looked at the datasheets for the particular accelerometer and barometer in question? They will specify how the devices communicate ...

I don't have alot of information to go on here.

What kind of sensor, custom board or DK, how to interface with the sensor etc. would be valuable information.

As this isn't related to your original question I would suggest that you start a new question, explaining more specific what you are trying to acheive.

As awneil suggested, I would suggest that you take a look at the examples in our SDK, and how it is done.

If you don't have the SDK, this can be downloaded here.
There is also a tutorial section here on devzone that you can take a look at.

You will also find a lot of Q&A's on devzone, with more information about this and other topics.
