You can find this in the linker section of your project options. Most likely you will need to increase the FLASH_START value a bit. If you take a look at the softdevice v6.1.0 release notes (see Softdevice Properties section), you can see that the softdevice requires minimum 0x26000 bytes of Flash. To double check how much flash the softdevice really uses, you can program the softdevice via the nrf connect for desktop programmer app &amp; read the flash from there.
