After search around, I learned the following, please tell me if any wrong:

Segger JLink can program / debug almost all the nrf51x / nrf52x series chips.
both nrf51DK

RE: different between nrf51DK, nrf52DK and Segger JLink

What I mean is that the functions and use of these tools is just the same as for any other microcontroller - with or without BLE.

Your answers suggest that you have no experience in developing for microcontrollers - is that right?

If so, you would probably want to spend some time getting familiar with the basics of microcontroller development before adding the complications of BLE!!

Do you have experience with programming in general?

And/or with basic electronics?

No, the DKs are not "more for chip PCB design" - the whole point of a SK is that it lets you get started without having to do any hardware design & manuifacture!

Yes, a J-Link is a programming and debugging tool.

RE: different between nrf51DK, nrf52DK and Segger JLink
None of this has anything specifically to do with BLE
Do you mean I have wrong direction to choose nrf51DK, nrf52DK or Segger JLink on developing BLE? Then what tools will you work on BLE? please advice.

As (3), I just want to say, DKs are more for chip PCB design / development. And J-link is more for progarmming / debug. Is it right?

By the way, thanks for your info.

RE: different between nrf51DK, nrf52DK and Segger JLink
I am new on BLE development
None of this has anything specifically to do with BLE

Segger J-Link can program any Cortex-M microcontroller - plus a range of others

The thing on the DKs is a cut-down J-Link with certain restrictions - but it should do all you need for nRF development

I don't understand your question here.
