&lt;p&gt;I can&amp;#39;t think of a better idea&amp;nbsp;then using two GPIO &amp;amp; GPIOTE channels. If this is not high speed, I guess an option could be to use one GPIO &amp;amp; GPIOTE channel with event on Toggle and simply read the pin in the interrupt&amp;nbsp;handler to decide operation.&lt;/p&gt;
