Just wanted to pop in and say thank you Austin!

We're working with SDK v15.2.0 and were encountering a rather random crash somewhere in `ble_dfu_buttonless_async_svci_init`. We applied your patch and the problem is gone.

It's peculiar that Nordic has not fixed this in recent releases of the SDK.

Sorry about necromancing ancient thread, but this issue is still present in 15.3 and 16.0 SDKs
