I've resolved the issue... I found the Makefile from the SDK for Thread and Zigbee v1.0 to see the original contents of the Makefile... The makefile requires one to have the GNU Tools for ARM Embedded version "6 2017-q2-update", however in the documentation on Nordic infocenter, if you navigate to v15.1.0 and go to "Software Development Kit > nRF5 SDK > nRF5 SDK v15.1.0 > Libraries > Cryptography library - nrf_crypto > nrf_crypto backend modules" in the SDK, the instructions for installing the micro-ecc libary instruct you to install v 4.9 of the GNU Tools for ARM embedded. This is why originally, before I edited the Makefile, the library was unable to compile. The SDK instructed me to install v 4.9, but the Makefile in v15.1.0 of the nRF5 SDK looks for v 6 of the GNU Tools.

The library now compiles:

After adding a backslash to the file, I still get the following:

Appears that you forgot the backslash '\' after \bin. Please check if you have it or not.

Hi,

I think the correct path for GNU_INSTALL_ROOT should be: C:\RengTech\Nordic\4.9 2015q3\bin\. Let me know if it still doesn't work.
