Were you ever able to get RX to work on P0.25 ? I think that I am seeing the same issue.

If I exchange the UART TX(26) and RX(25) pin than transmitter of UART is working fine but not able to receive on port 25.

I able to set port pin 25 in high state and in low state but not able to use for UART communication.
