Yes, you can use the proxy client on one board & the proxy server example on another board.

ok so i infer I have to flash this : nrf5_SDK_for_Mesh_v2.1.1_src\examples\light_switch\proxy_client

which I need to provision using Smartphone.

Yes, the video shows the Thingy:52, but the testing procedure is the same for the DKs.You need to flash the proxy client on one board & the proxy server on another board.

Sorry i didnt get. The example in the video is for thingy. But plz tell me which workspace is flashed on it? Client or server or both?light or switch?

I would try with the latest mesh sdk v2.2.0. I have tested the nRF Mesh app with one light switch proxy client & one light switch proxy server & everything worked perfectly. You can follow this user guide here. If you use the Android version, the UI will be slightly different, but the functionality should be the same. Once you have gotten it working with one proxy client & proxy server, you can add more clients or servers as you see fit.
