Ok, so some peripherals only start advertising after a reset. Is it possible to attach a debugger to one of these peripherals and confirm if the app receives the disconnect event or if enters a fault exception, etc?

Yeah,when we restart peripherals ,we can get all numbers of peripherals in central service,but when we restart central service ,it just has only 3 or 1 peripherals keeping reporting data to PC (serial port assistant).

Sounds like some of the peripherals stop advertising for some reason. Do they show up again if you reset them (power-cycle or reset pin)?

Hi,Vidar

There are no LEDS with our peripherals,but if we poweroff multilink-central ,we can discover the same numbers of devices by smartphone with NRFconnect tools.

Hi,

Do the peripherals have LEDs or similar to indicate whether are they are advertising or not? Also, have you tried with a different scanner (a smartphone for instance) to see if you discover the same number of devices?

Yes,I can see more devices,and I set supervision time is 40000(ms),but after 40s timeout,It still only partially reports data，I read the production manual,I did't found anything usefull for this case.How can i solve this problem?

Maybe the other peripherals didn't receive the disconnect command, and therefore stays "connected" until supervision timeout. Do you see more devices if you keep scanning?

Thank you for your answer which solved my above problems,but there is another problem,after restarting Central, there are only 3 peripherals remaining reporting data.What is the relationship with this situation?Is this also a question of time interval?

Hi,

I recommend that you read the section about "Suggested intervals and windows" in the SDS. The problem is likely related to your scan and connection intervals.
