I want to set the nrf24le1 module into register retention mode with timers ON but clock source from XOSC32K. I need this power saving code in my project. Also can I wake from the register retention mode with pinwake up?
0x02 translates to 00000010 binary, which means that WUOPC0(1) is set. For the nRF24LE1-Q24 this translates to P0.1.

In other words you will enable wakeup on P0.1 when you get a low to high transition on the pin.
