The flash algorithm for nRF51x22 does not allow you to write into UICR, which is why nrfjprog (only for SEGGER debuggers) is used as an external programmer for the device_firmware_upgrade examples.</p> <p>Best regards Håkon</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
