Has anyone attempted to first transfer the entire image package to the external flash over BLE and then use a background DFU library to transfer from the external flash filesystem to internal flash and update?
I intend to do this as in my target

RE: DFU over QSPI

Thanks again... Implementing TFTP based DFU would be nicer but would take longer as there are limited features in SDK for you to support this. So you would implement most of it. The latter would be my choice to utilize the library API and make a simpler synchronous file system.

RE: DFU over QSPI

Any pointers community?
Thanks for your response. If this were to be started as a new implementation today, would you start off with TFTP based background DFU as the base with asynchronous file server handling requests from the DFU library or would it be rather simpler to have synchronous file-system read API calls from within the library?

Warm regards,
