Thanks a lot Jorgen, Pulling the reset pin high solves the issue, I can now connect to jlink.

How did you connect it to the debugger? Have you tested with multiple boards?

Hello, I have changed the device voltage to 3.3v but I still get these errors. Here is the log form nrfjprog:devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../8407.log.log

This is way outside the Absolute maximum ratings for the nRF52832. You should make sure the voltage is within specs, and that the debugger is running at the same voltage as the board.

Can you provide the log from nrfjprog?
