At last I find that microsoft .NET framework 4.0 is needed for nRFgo Studio.

Are you sure you use the correct version (x86, x64), i.e. the same as your operating system?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you do, and you still see this problem, can you try to run the installer with logging enabled, and upload the log here?&lt;/p&gt;
