Can you post the entire log from you start scanning with the linux router, until you are connected (including all the connection logs)?

It is correct as Turbo J says, that you can't ping6 a BLE address. You must use an IPv6 address.

OK, but why bt0 interface become down after awhile even I assign two ip address ? Before interface go down i can ping bt0 interface with assigned IPs. any idea why ?

That 00:F3:BB:14:2E:9D is not a valid IPv6 address - waay too few bits.

You cannot use ping6 with 48-bit hardware addresses, but there is a way to calculate an IPv6 address from a hardware address.
