What is the content of your extcap folder? The <a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.tools/dita/tools/sniffer/sniffer_intro.html?cp=5_4">nRF Sniffer user guide</a> is not precise on what files you should extract there.
