"Canceled" occurs when the message is canceled with the functions access_model_reliable_cancel() or access_reliable_cancel_all.

As the name suggests, the third scenario cancelled happens when the operation is explicitly terminated while it's in progress. While in the timeout scenario it tries to execute the the transaction multiple times within the time limit but fails.
