With that you can read content of flash using <a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.tools/dita/tools/nrf5x_command_line_tools/nrf5x_nrfjprogexe_reference.html?cp=5_1_3_0">nrfjprog</a> and the command &#39;--readcode&#39;. I&#39;m sure you can do this with OpenOCD as well, but this is not something we support and we do not provide any tutorials on this.</p> <p>Maybe someone in the community can give you the correct procedure to do this.</p> <p>Note that it is possible to set <a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/pdf/nRF51_RM_v3.0.1.pdf#page=25">readback protection</a> in the chip, preventing you from reading the FW.</p> <p>Best regards,<br />Jørgen</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
