The ZigBee Stack from Nordic is ZigBee Certified. If the TI based device also is, then they should be compatible.

RE: what is the maximum network size(number of nodes in a network) tested for ZigBee with nRF52840 and nRF zigbee sdk 2.0 ?

So I can use TI based ZNP+ZAP ??

RE: what is the maximum network size(number of nodes in a network) tested for ZigBee with nRF52840 and nRF zigbee sdk 2.0 ?

Hello,

Unfortunately, we don't have any network processor designs available yet. I believe that our ZigBee team is planning on doing that, but I don't know when it will be ready, or if they have started working on it at all. I don't know for sure, but I assume it will be some sort of Raspberry Pi solution.

But the stack is ZigBee Certified, so if you can find a ZigBee compatible network processor, I assume it would work with the SDK.

We haven't done any tests with a large amount of nodes, but we have focused on long running tests. They said:

"Long running load tests are run for several months with up to 24 devices connected. There is no architectural limitation for network larger then 32 devices.

The practical limiting factor is on the Trust Center (typically coordinator) memory as the TC must hold link keys to all connected devices."

As you may know, the theoretical limit is 56 000. I have asked our ZigBee team what size we have on our tests, but I haven't heard anything yet.
