we find the issues just now，the load capacitors(10pF) for the 32 MHz crystal of our custom board is different from the reference design(12pF), we change the capacitors from 10pF to 12pF，it can be found by huawei nova3 phone，you can try it。

ps ： we use ciaa package of nrf52832 in our custom borad。

Yes, this indicates that there is a problem with the custom board. I recommend taking a look at the tutorial "General PCB design guidelines for nRF52 series", found here. Please make sure that your load capacitors for the 32 MHz crystal follows the formula in the chapter “Crystal and load capacitors”.

I have tested PCA10040. He can connect with the HUAWEI phone 。

Maybe it's our board problem.

There may be frequency offset.

Our crystal oscillator and capacitor may not match.

I think it's most likely an issue with the huawei phone.

So then it's only connecting that’s the issue.

1) Do you get any error-code in the nRF Connect app log when you try to connect?

I recommend buying it from one of our distributors. See this list.

With a nRF52-DK we can also use the nRF Sniffer to see what's going on-air. This could help us find the root cause of the issue, by inspecting the content and timing of the on-air packets.

I'll take a chance to test the S8 S9 phone and buy a PCA10040 to test.

By the way ,where can I buy A PCA10040 board ..A real PCA10040 board. To many copies here 。

Unfortunately, I do not have access to these phones. I have tested with other Android 8 phones (e.g. Samsung S8 and S9), and it worked fine with them.
