&lt;p&gt;This is the LO leaking out and if the &lt;a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.nrf51/dita/nrf51/pdflinks/ref_layout.html?cp=3_6"&gt;reference layout &lt;/a&gt;has been poorly replicated it can reach these levels. It can be reduced by tuning the matching network, though a larger layout difference most will often require more tuning, and often require sacrifice of some output power to reduce the spurious. We therefore recommend replicating the reference&amp;nbsp;layout as closely as possible.&lt;/p&gt;
