Have you created and started a timer? You may need a dummy app_timer to run in the background at a long interval (max is 250seconds).

i was try with other sample, and i get value from app_timer_cnt_get() and app_timer_cnt_diff_compute(), but what is the unit of the value.

And the value is static, every time i call, the value is never change

there is no app_timer_enabled

Typically it needs to be enabled in sdk_config.h (snapshot from random ble example that use app_timer):

Then you can use the app_timer_cnt_get() and app_timer_cnt_diff_compute() to find how much time has elapsed.
