Do you see this also when using the Master Control Panel? If so, what reason is stated in the debug output pane?

If you only see this with other devices, it would be useful if you could look into the BLE_GAP_EVT_DISCONNECTED event structure, and find the reason given there. This will usually give more information on why a disconnect happens.

Thanks for your help, I followed your suggestion and inserted breakpoint in the app_error_handler function, but it seems no error happened .

Hello,

You should try the debug mode in Keil IDE and set a breakpoint in the app_error_handler function present in the main.c file. Therefore, you will be able to check the error code and which file and line throw the exception.
