As the footnote states:
"Therefore it does not currently support DFU and logging is disabled to save flash. Furthermore, it should be compiled with optimization for size"

I haven't tested this myself, but yes I think that it's possible.

eg, in the Light Switch Demo, can the Mesh light switch (client) and Mesh light bulb (server) be run on nRF52810s ?

Hi.

I agree that the statements in the Introduction page is somewhat confusing.

To clarify;
The nRF52810 is supported, but support is limited.
The reason for the limited support on the nRF52810 is because there isn't enough resources on the chip, so you can not run all features.

I''ll make a request to have the documentation changed.
