When you open up the nrf Logger, you should see a Github icon in the upper right corner. If you click that you will get fairly detailed documentation on how to operate the nRF Logger

I've never got the "nRF Logger" to work - please give instructions on how it's supposed to be used.

Update 29.4.2016 You can use "nRF Logger" to capture logs from nRFToolbox UART app and save the log to a file.
