My suggestion is to get a logic analyzer (e.g. https://www.saleae.com/), then you can directly decode the twi transfer and for instance share it with us to find the exact cause (showing start, stop, re-start, nack, or ack that may be occuring).

Now I can only receive one time for each load. In order to update the latest values I need to load the program again and again. Can you please help me? Or you have any suggestion?

I think that is a good idea to make sure CLK and SDA lines are active, and physically connected correctly with pull-ups on both lines.

I also suggest trying the twi scanner example to find the twi address:
infocenter.nordicsemi.com/.../twi_scanner_example.html

Hi, This is what I try to debug

Now I change the pinout according to the display where

SDA --> 26 & SCL --> 27

But still I can read anything from it.

If you are saying

SDA --> pin 27

SCL --> pin25

I follow the same pinout of nrf52832 instead of nrf 51X

you can have different slave address depending on how you connect the ADDR pin of HCS2080.

I just used the same code from https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/37075/triggering-measurement-with-i2c-on-hdc2080-from-texas-instrument then chg the pinout to nrf52832. SDA --> 27 & SCL --> 25. I reckon it should be the same as nrf51X
