I mean exactly what I said!

I said: "you don't need to use an STM32 to do the programming" - note the emphasis.

Sure, it is possible to do it, but you not need to do it: there are other - and, I suggest, better - ways to do it.

Why not just use a J-Link (in particular, the J-Link on a Nordic board) ?

You certainly don't need to.

The more common approach would be to use a proper programmer.

It is a project for a company, and this is what they already bought, the project started last year and I have to take it back with the existing items.

Or maybe you mean that I Don't need to use the STM32 to programm it?

the thing is I found an old topic where they say that i can use the STM32 to program it, so i thought it was the good solution

Why do you "have to" use the STM32 to do that?

You would need to use an SWD programmer - such as the JLink
