Yes, I realize that. I do not believe we have a non-connected example unfortunately. You will need to make some changes to achieve that most likely. Is there a possibility for you to just setup multiple beacons instead of relaying a beacon signal?

Experimental BLE Relay example is for Connected Service relay example.

but I am searching non-connected example which is reboardcast relay device.

It seems that you have already found the experimental BLE Relay example. This example uses the running speed & cadence service, as well as the heart rate service & relays the sensor data to the collector. Why not take a look at the ble relay example, along with the ble beacon example? This devzone case should also be helpful.
