Then one will need to be the Central, and the other will need to be the Peripheral.

You will find both a Central and a Peripheral example using the Nordic UART Service (NUS).

OK, thank you, one more question, do you know which part (in source code) is responsible for connecting both devices because I would like to modify it that so I could connect 2 nRF52832 dev boards together.

What do you mean by, "Similar" ?

I mean it does similar thing to example mentioned in 1st port, like in this picture below:

As noted, the nRF52832 does not support 802.15.4 - so nothing to do with 802.15.4 is going to work on it!

No - because, as Jørgen Holmefjord said, the PCA10040 does not have an nRF52840 chip!

The PCA10040 has an nRF52832 chip - and that does not have the 802.15.4 MAC.

Hi,

This example can not be run on nRF52832/PCA10040. The radio of nRF52832 does not support the IEEE 802.15.4 mode required by the example. It can only be run on nRF52840/PCA10056.
