I suggest you have a look at the BLE Relay Example, it shows how the Softdevice can be used to make a device function as a central and peripheral simultaneously.

That is not what I want

The device with ble_app_multirole_lesc already act as peripheral when it connect to android app, what I want here is make it connect to a peripheral nrf52832 and act as a central and it will send notification to that peripheral nrf52832 when specific event happen

So the device with ble_app_multirole_lesc play 2 role at the same time, a peripheral when connecting with android app and a central when connecting with another nrf52832

I'm not sure if I understand what you are trying to do here. So you are running the ble_app_multirole_lesc example. You want the device to be a central and connect to a peripheral device(another nrf52832). Do you mean to send some data to the central(the device with ble_app_multirole_lesc example) when a specific event happens on the peripheral?
