I tried the ble_app_uart example and discovered compared to the ble_app_beacon a much higher current usage. Is there a special Flag I have to set to get the NRF into sleep mode between the advertisings when using the ble_app_uart example? You can use the <a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.sdk5.v12.3.0/group__ble__nus.html">Nordic UART Service</a>&nbsp;to send strings indicating the states, as suggested by <a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/members/dmikhalsky">Toyman</a>, or you can create you own custom service.
