 can we able to flash the program in thingy via usb 
 is it possible?

&lt;p&gt;Yes, you can program the Thingy:52, but you need to use a nRF52-DK. This is because the Thingy:52 does not have a onboard debugger, USB is only for charging the Thingy:52.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In order to connect the Thingy:52 with a nRF52-DK you need a &lt;a href="https://www.adafruit.com/product/1675"&gt;10-pin cable.&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;See&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/35364/nordic-thingy-52-nrf52840-dk/135974#135974"&gt;this post&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;on how to&amp;nbsp;connect them together. After they are connected, and you have flashed the Thingy FW, you can debug the code the same way as you would debug the code running &amp;nbsp;on the nRF52-DK.&lt;/p&gt;
