The actual startup time varies with load capacitance etc. and 360 ms is normal.&nbsp;</p> <p>If you need faster startup times, you can force the Softdevice to use the internal RC oscillator instead which is able to <a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.nrf52832.ps.v1.1/clock.html?cp=2_1_0_18_3_2#unique_937965404">start much faster</a>, but uses more current.&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
