&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m guessing you are using a 32 kHz crystal oscillator which has a &lt;a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.nrf52832.ps.v1.1/clock.html?cp=2_1_0_18_3_3#unique_1385509760"&gt;typical startup time of ~250ms&lt;/a&gt;. The actual startup time varies with load capacitance etc. and 360 ms is normal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you need faster startup times, you can force the Softdevice to use the internal RC oscillator instead which is able to &lt;a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.nrf52832.ps.v1.1/clock.html?cp=2_1_0_18_3_2#unique_937965404"&gt;start much faster&lt;/a&gt;, but uses more current.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
