I have been working on IPV6 over BLE, not Bluetooth mesh.So, now i am working on "zephyr/samples/bluetooth/ipsp" example.

Then I guess the only part you are missing is to interpret the messages to either turn on or off the ON_OFF model in the mesh example, is that correct?

If you look in the light_switch\client example how to control the LEDs. It is done in the button_event_handler() in main.c on this example.

This part has to be done in the application layer, as the Mesh SDK doesn't have support for IPv6 by default. Is the node that you are sending/receiving IPv6 messages with part of the mesh network?

By the way, are you using the SDK for Mesh for this, i.e. Bluetooth mesh, or is it some other form of mesh network?

Hi wbober/edvin,

I have been working on Zephyr RTOS to form a mesh network,and have successfully established connection with nrf52 DK.

And, i have been getting proper response from nrf52 DK(if i ping to device).

But, my requirement is to form mesh network and control the LEDS.Now, i can able to form the mesh network also.But, i don't know how to control the LEDS over network.

In my case. PC is acts as LBR and pca10059(5 boards) acts as LN.

could you please help me that how can i send a command from LBR(PC) so that LEDS on PCA10059(LN) should be control(ON/OFF)?

Or perhaps Zephyr RTOS which supports IPv6 over BLE on our devices.

Sorry for the late reply. I have been out of office this week, but I see that wbober, who wrote the guide answered while I was away.

I spoke to him, and this was just an experimental project. Contiki is not really something that we support, and thus, it is not maintained.

Perharps you can check out the IoT part of our SDK? Links here and here.

I have tried with this, But still i have been getting same log.

From fe80::b0c0:90ff:feb4:151c%bt0: icmp_seq=2 Destination unreachable: Address unreachable
From fe80::b0c0:90ff:feb4:151c%bt0: icmp_seq=3 Destination unreachable: Address unreachable

If i tried to ping to google, i was getting same error.

So, could you please help me to configure IPV6 in ubuntu 18.04?

What did you program on your DK? And which DK do you use? nRF52832, nRF51xxx or nRF52840?

Before posting my output, i am using Ubuntu(18.10) version 4.18.0-10-generic .

I am posting from Making IPV6 connection, because Hello world is printing on console.

sudo hcitool lescan:

00:17:1B:61:F1:43 Contiki nRF52dk(This is my nRF52 DK address)

Now LED2 is stable, means connection has been established.Then i am pinging(ping6 addr)
