I stripped all services from ble_app_hrs except the DIS. ( so removed battery, hrs, buttons and gpio).
I tried this with and without scheduler. I do initialize timers to use

RE: disconnect after connect within a couple of seconds

I think what Wojtek had in mind was that you could compare the run time operation and functionality of the un-modified HRS application to yours and see which step in the connection that enables your application to fail compared to how it is done in the default example. I would use the sniffer to monitor the on-air-traffic as well to make the comparison easier.

RE: disconnect after connect within a couple of seconds

No I didn't

RE: disconnect after connect within a couple of seconds

Is ble_conn_params.c file unchanged? I have my app running with sdk 4.4.2 and sd 5. And no, I did not create any timer in application code, just initialized timers, so no timer event handler needed except what the stack requires.

RE: disconnect after connect within a couple of seconds

What I'd advise is to observe normal program flow (without modifications). As far as i remember example HRS app has to be restarted after some time, but the reason could be that You just stripped some timer event handler and program goes to null. as you've already stated... It's hard to tell more without code.

RE: disconnect after connect within a couple of seconds

Master Control Panel, either on smartphone or on PC

RE: disconnect after connect within a couple of seconds

What is Your master (central) device?
