Since the module is based on nrF I'm hoping this community can help out.

Have you tried debugging with an SWD debugger - eg, JLink?

RE: Bluefruit LE UART Friend w/ nrF51822

HI Johan,

Marjeris is OOO so I am filling in until she's back. We mainly support customers that use our own Software Development Kits(SDKs) directly. So if a module vendor develop their own software framework like Adafruit has done for the Bluefruit LE freind module, then they are the ones that needs to support it.

We're not familiar with Adafruit's Bluefruit implementation, hence I do not think it will be much use for Nordic Tech Support to post on Adafruits forum.

Its clearly the ble.factoryReset() fucntion that fails, so my suggestion would be to look at the implementation and see what conditions that would lead to the function returning an error.

Best regards

Thank you for the response. I'm not sure how much more debug information I can get besides the callback error shown here. Any possibility Nordic can try posting on my thread in Adafruit's forum? The only way to get any type of support from them is via the forum and there's hasn't been any response. Thanks again.

It is difficult for us to support you with this case as we are not familiar with the Adafruit module and custom software. Do you have any possibilities to print any debug information and see if the nRF51822 asserts and see any kind of assert information? I will recommend you to contact Adafruit support again as well.

Best Regards,
