Recently I bought an LTE module which uses a nRF52840 as the main processor to control the modem, I want to erase the flash for that module and flash the project I have been developing for months using the Nordic SDK
it should be simple

RE: Copying flash whole flash memory on chip

Hi Hung,

it solves my issue, I was able to back up the memory on my module

Cheers :)

RE: Copying flash whole flash memory on chip

Hi Arepa,

The nRFGo Studio tool is old and being deprecated.

We would suggest you to use the programming tool comes with nRF Connect instead.

You can also use the command line tool nrfjprog.exe which is the most powerful tool for the purpose. To read out the flash, including UICR, you can use.
nrfjprog.exe --readcode --readuicr filename

RE: Copying flash whole flash memory on chip

If you've bought this as a commercial product, it's quite likely that the code is protected against readout - the manufacturer won't want people stealing their code!

Have you asked the manufacturer if they have a means for you to do this?
