I solved this problem. But another question is that when I wait for the BLE_GATTS_EVT_HVN_TX_COMPLETE, the 2552 bytes are sent for a long time about 20 seconds. I think here is maybe another problem. Could you give me some advice? Thanks.

If you define DEBUG then you can in app_error_fault_handler() get the exact file name, file number and error code where the application is asserting.
