What is with this site?</p> <p></p> <p>Found a way to do it. <span style="color:#0000ff;"><strong>Just drag the file you want to upload into the edit window</strong></span>. If you are creating a new question/issue, there is a row of faint text at the bottom of the window stating that. If you are responding later in a thread of replies, that text is not there so one doesn&#39;t know. I only found out by going back to the initial post and editing that. Then I saw the text at the bottom. Hit POST (have no choice) and then go back to the reply you want to attach the file to. Make it editable and drag and drop.
