Hello Mr.Kwak,

You may has problem to update Jlink DLL.

There are two possibilities make it trouble.

Install nRFgo Studio after installed Command line tools.
1. Actually nRFgo Studio has very older version of J-Link DLL so nRFgo Studio will overwrite J-link DLL to older version.
2. To fix the issue just install again Command line tools.
The tool which is mentioned by Kenneth will not work properly
1. I had issue that SEGGER J-link update software doesn't detect my Keil. so it doesn't update to latest version.
2. To fix the issue copy the "C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGGER\JLink_Vxxxx\JLinkARM.dll" to "C:\Keil_v5\ARM\Segger\"

Seems like SEGGER J-Link Updater didn't recognize your Keil installation? It's missing from your screenshot.

I'm sure I installed nRF5x tools, because I can use 'mergehex command' and 'nrfutil pkg generate command'.

My Keil version is MDK-ARM V5.21a released at 8/17/2016. Could it be the problem?

I can't see Keil MDK as below.

So I downloaded and install MDK as below.

Even after installing MDK-ARM, I can't see Keil MDK-ARM on my J-Link updater.

How can I add this to mine?

You can find the tools you need from here:

In this case I suspect you have not download and installed the latest nRF5x tools, and make sure SEGGER j-link update your software (example from my screen):
