You need to contact whomever created the .hex file to help you debug your issue.

Because i have no source code,so i cannot debug the firmware online.

I want to find the test samples of nrf52840 that can output logs from serial ports,is there any suitable on the website.

If you enter debug mode, and check. Does the firmware run as expected? if not, where does it fail?
