&lt;p&gt;Is it possible to do a sniffer trace with some of the phones that doesn&amp;#39;t work?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You can use the &lt;a href="https://www.nordicsemi.com/eng/Products/Bluetooth-low-energy/nRF-Sniffer"&gt;nRF Sniffer&lt;/a&gt; to capture the sniffer trace.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;EDIT:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And also a sniffer trace from one of the phones that is working, connecting to the same nRF Application on the same chip. Just to have something to compare with.&lt;/p&gt;
