I recently purchased a Blend Micro from Redbear Labs, currently I have created my services.h through compiling the .xml file, and now am trying to use the redbear library to put the services onto the contents of ram of the Arduino.

Typically the lib_aci_init() or the init function will reset the nRF8001, you can also add code to reset the nRF8001 by controlling the digital line the reset pin is connected to.
The datasheet for the nRF8001 is available [here] , (www.nordicsemi.com/.../nRF8001). See section 14.4 for the reset information.
