When select device form drop-down list, &amp;amp; connect the device the sniffer can&amp;#39;t get any packet. Any one meeting the issue &amp;amp; resolve it? &lt;li&gt;Are you running a custom application? If so, could you try with one of the examples from the SDK?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Is the COM port number higher then 200? If so could you rename the COM port to a COM port number that is 199 or lower.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m not sure if understand your situation correctly. You&amp;#39;re able to see the advertising packets that are being sent, but once the device is connected you don&amp;#39;t see any packages?&lt;/p&gt;
