In other words, in order to use TWI, I need re-initialize it. If I use: 
 __SEV(); __WFE(); __WFE(); It works but current consumption is at 1.2mA

&lt;li&gt;What happens when you use the TWI? Do you get errors? Hardfaults?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have you debugged?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;What SDK and Softdevice are you using?&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Can you post your code?&lt;/li&gt;
