 now, i&amp;#39;m use one ADC pin in coding and one wake-up pin for device wake-up.

&lt;p&gt;Yes, you can use the LPCOMP peripheral to wakeup from system off mode. See &lt;a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/pdf/nRF51_RM_v3.0.1.pdf#page=169"&gt;chapter 32&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and &lt;a href="http://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/pdf/nRF51_RM_v3.0.1.pdf#page=44"&gt;chapter 12.1.5&lt;/a&gt; in the nRF51 Reference manual.&lt;/p&gt;
