Just as a remark: I have seen the same problem on two PCs with that same version of Windows 10.

Great! Not sure what can cause this, but we have tested Windows 10 without finding any problems related to the MTU size.

thank you for the advice. It helped!

On the PC I was originally running Windows 10 version LTSB 2016 (with all the updates), which induced the problems described above.

Now I have reinstalled Windows 10 version 18.09 on that PC and problems have gone!

I must admit that I'm rather surprised by this outcome, I would never have expected that any recent version of Windows 10 can still manifest problems with such basic BLE features such as handling non-default MTU packet sizes with HID devices.
It would never have come to my mind that a two years old PC needs a clean reinstall of Windows 10 in order to get BLE running correctly.😬

Can you please check if you're using the latest version of Windows 10? Also test with Win10 insider preview
