If you have issues using the J-link lite I would just suggest you stick with the full J-Link.

Sorry for late reply.Now I am testing j-link lite on Linux.

J-link version is 6.40 and nRFConnect 2.6.0

Are you sure that j-link lite has serial port ?

Could you check what driver version you are running on the "J-Link Lite"?
(go to device manager --> properties etc.)

There could be a mismatch of the driver.

Try to update the driver for the J-link Lite and test again.

This error occurs only when I connect the j-link lite and select j-link device.

If I connect a Nordic nrf52840 dongle and select DFU bootloader no error occurs.

After updating just programmer app to 1.0.0 I got a new error.See attached log
