Nordic does not provide any dual mode ICs. You will have to check with other vendors if you need support for Bluetooth Classic.

Thanks for the reply, can you please suggest me some modules which supports both BLE 4.2 GATT profiles and other classic bluetooth profiles.

Hi,

All the profiles you mention are Bluetooth Classic profiles. None of these are supported by Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). Please have a look at this page. BLE support services through GATT profile.
